Unbundled Limited Scope (À la carte) Services

Unbundled limited scope representation is legal representation which is not full service.  Instead of having legal representation from start to finish, individuals extract the specific service they require such as reviewing a document, drafting an agreement, or providing coaching for an upcoming hearing. While unbundled limited service is not available or appropriate for all cases, it can help individuals maintain more control over their cases while reducing cost and having access to legal services. Individuals may use multiple unbundled services throughout the course of their case.   We offer three main types of unbundled limited scope representation:

ConSultation

Consultation: A consultation occurs between an individual and an attorney from the Rybicka Law Office, PLLC where the attorney and the individual discuss the legal situation, the attorney analyzes the options, and the attorney provides the individual with potential options for proceeding.Two Hour Consultation:  Price: $428 (includes 30 min complimentary consultation).

Document Assistance

Document Review: The Rybicka Law Office, PLLC will review documents prepared by third parties in order to explain the legal terms and significance to the individual so that the individual can make an informed decision regarding their current situation.   The document review process also includes an hour conference between the attorney and the individual.  Starting at $570.

Document Preparation. This service works for individuals who need help putting an agreement into a legal document.  The individual provides the factual information needed for the document and the attorney drafts the agreement.   Starting at $570.

Pro Se Assistance 

Legal Coaching: This service is much more intense than a consultation in that the goal is to help the individual prepare for a court hearing or alternative dispute resolution (such as mediation, Social Early Neutral Evaluation, or Financial Early Neutral Evaluation).  The length of the coaching is based on the individual situation and individuals can set up coaching at multiple stages of litigation.  Starting at $285.

Document Preparation for Evidentiary Hearings:  This service is for individuals who are facing an evidentiary hearing and need help preparing documents for hearing.  Process includes a consultation with an attorney.  Attorney may suggest use of legal coaching and other services to prepare the individual.  Starting at $570.
